SaleSphere GmbH is expanding its strategic partner network through the cooperation with Contentserv AG. The Swiss company headquartered in Baar bridges the gap between IT and business with its innovative software solutions. With its Enterprise Product Information Management (PIM) solution, Contentserv AG offers a central platform for the central management and access of all products and their related content or data. The central platform administers all relevant content for the tasks of product communication in a single place. These include e.g. Product information (product master data, technical attributes, texts, accessories), media assets (images, graphics, videos, documents, layout templates), text modules (marketing texts, slogans, PR articles), translations of all information and customer profile data. SaleSphere always uses the latest data from the PIM system. If product data or information changes, the new data are automatically imported through the connection to the PIM system. Customers and prospects are thus always advised with the latest information in the customer dialog. All information required for a convincing sales pitch are finally available on a single medium, the Tablet PC – even offline. In addition to texts, tables, documents, multimedia content such as images, graphics, videos or 360 ° drawings can be integrated directly into the customer presentations, making products tangible and taking the customer experience to the next level. The integration of the PIM system into SaleSphere is carried out by the hybrid integration platform as a Service (iPaaS) of the mVISE AG. By connecting with, companies benefit from less time and costs, because complex in-house developments of program interfaces are not necessary.
